SHIPPING/TRACKING

Once your order begins processing, you will receive an email which will include your tracking information. Please note that it may take USPS time to update the tracking link so that you can accurately track your package. 

Please note that All international packages are subject to customs, duties, and search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees encountered during the shipping process. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the packages is determined unclaimed, denied or refused, Corey's Kitchen Collection will not provide any form of refund or reship the order. 

 You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item if approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returned shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customers should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. Corey's Kitchen Collection reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Before you submit your order, please verify that all your information, including your shipping address, email address, name, phone number and credit card information is correct; We are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address or changing the order once you submit your order. Merchandise returned without authorization will be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Corey's Kitchen Collection. 

PROCESSING TIME

We strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. However, please allow 5-9 business day processing time, plus 2-5 days transit time; depending on the area your order is being shipped to. 

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS

Please keep in mind that we rely on the same tracking provided to a customer once a package leaves our facility. If you have a concern regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further detail.
